The design of Hospital / Stretcher Elevator is exactly same as passenger elevator. The only difference is the door size, as hospital elevator needs larger size to accommodate bed and stretcher. Moreover, the hospital lifts operate at slower speed for the comfortability of patients.

STANDARD FEATURES:

Digital Car Position Indicator indicated the position of car on evert floor of the building.
UP/DN Indicator indicates the direction in which the elevator moves.
Voltage Protection Upper and lower limit in every phase (220V), rather consolidated 3 phase (440 V) ensures maximum safety.
Under & Over Load protection can be defined by ampere setting in every phase for dot accuracy.
Phase Preventer to prevent electrical parts in an event when single/ two phase is out of supply.
Phase Sequence Corrector is designed to auto correct the phase polarity in an event of change in phases in the supply.
ARD (Auto rescue device) is incorporated to land the car to the nearby floor in an event of power failure.
Firemans switch, an electrical switch when triggered upon cancels every command and let the elevator land on the defined fire floor, from where people can easily evacuate from the building.
Over Speed Governor is a mechanical system designed for over speed protection. It comes into action when the traveling speed of the cabin rises due to any following reasons:
Brake failure
Gear box failure
Motor failure
Gear box failure
Wire rope breaks
Mechanical break holding the Guide T, never let the lift fall in case of any above mentioned accident. The lift either stops or slowly slides, for the safety of passenger or material.
Emergency Alarm can be triggered in conditions of emergency and power cut.
VVVF (variable voltage variable frequency) drive controls the motor by regulating the frequency. Drive gives several safety and features to the system.
When the life starts and stops, light in the cabin turns on and off automatically. Light can also be controlled manually. There is a back system which powers the light in case of power failure.
Light Curtain automatically opens the doors when any passenger comes in between.
Floor Announcement announces the position of floor, status of gate, and greet with customized message.
Music plays during the ride and creates a pleasant atmosphere.
Push to Talk assists passengers to send a message in an emergency situation for assistance.
Attendant Service / Non Attendant Service.
Limit switch is replaced by MFFS, which stands for magnet floor and final (upper & lower limit) sensing. This sensor is more accurate and has longer life.
Buffer in the pit is added to cure the cabin / passenger or material inside the cabin from the damage. Free fall cabin is given a spring action. Based on the size of the cabin, speed, capacity or traveling height, buffer is selected.
