We are counted amongst the remarkable entities, engrossed in delivering an excellent assortment of Residential Building Hydraulic Elevator. This elevator is efficiently manufactured utilizing quality tested components and cutting-edge technology. Additionally, offered elevator is best suited for lifting materials from ground floor to up stairs. Our clients can avail this Residential Building Hydraulic Elevator in various specifications as per the exact needs of clients.
Hydraulic elevator is designed to be powered by a piston which travels inside a cylinder. The movement of piston is possible due to the electric motor which pumps hydraulic oil into the cylinder. The piston easily lifts the elevator cab up. And for gentle descent, electrical valves control releases the oil.
This type of elevator is widely used in buildings which are up to five or six stories high. It can operate at 61 meters (200 ft) per minute maximum speed, without even using the large overhead hoisting machinery. This machinery is used generally by geared and gearless traction systems.
The hydraulic pump is either equipped with a Solid-State Contactor or a mechanical Y-Delta starter. Between the both starters, the better one is the solid-state contractor starter, for the motor and the building's power supply. Y-Delta starter makes use of two contactors for starting the motor on a reduced speed, starting and then kicks on full speed.
Three types of hydraulic elevator system
Holed hydraulic
With this system, the elevator car is mounted on a piston which moves inside a cylinder. In the operation, the cylinder will extend into the ground as the elevator will rise, to a depth similar to the height the elevator will rise. In this, through a valve hydraulic fluid is pumped into the cylinder for the upward movement of the lift. The lift moves downwards when the fluid returns to the reservoir. This system is also know as In-ground hydraulic.
Holeless hydraulic
Holeless hydraulic incorporates pistons that are mounted inside the hoistway to raise and lower the car. As dogging the hole for installing a conventional hydraulic elevator system is impractical in buildings that are situated in areas where the soil conditions are unstable, this is the right solutions. This system makes use of a direct-acting piston to move the car upwards.
Roped hydraulic
Roped hydraulic elevator can move more than the height the holeless elevator can reach, without the need for a below ground cylinder. This system has the piston attached to a sheave, that has a rope passing through it. One end of which is attached to the car and the other is secured at the bottom of hoistway. This system needs a governor to safeguard the car from the risk of rope break.
Machine room less hydraulic
There is no need for fixed room for this hydraulic elevator to house the hydraulic machinery. In this case, the machinery is installed on the elevator pit and the controller is installed behind a locked cabinet on the wall near the elevator. Its benefit is its construction time and cost saving.
